Studio 23nine is Naples, Florida newest addition to a growing boutique fitness family. The studio is located at 6208 Trail Blvd. (Across from Waterside Shops) The studio is elegant and cozy. Jamie offers aerial yoga (antigravity) classes and inferno hot pilates. The class I took was superb and I loved the instruction style from the guest instructor Debbie Klemptner.
