Jake is someone you can’t categorize as just a personal trainer. First session, most trainers will ask you what your goals are. Jake on the other hand examines how you walk, how you move and really looks at ways he can improve your athletic ability, flexibility and all around well being.
With Jake he’s not gonna stick you on a bench press and make you bang out 3 sets of 10, anyone can do that. He’s gonna give you circuits of chest, back and legs. Next it’ll be movements that your body is not used to doing with traditional weights and you won’t know what hit you. You think you’re too tired to do that 3rd circuit? Too bad, he’s gonna get you to do it and by the end of your first session you’ll be asking for more!
